In this operation, all errors are removed from the initial pattern and the actual patterns are created per size in order for production of clothing. For example, we create patterns, which come in the basic size of M, in various sizes of XS, S, L and XL to suit the requirements of our clients.
The most important thing is that the changes in size should not cause changes in silhouette and that the same
results must be achieved at all times regardless of the different methods of operation used per each individual.
We always take caution not to have the incorrectly graded patterns to be directly sent in for cutting.
Equipped with numerous experiences in various areas of men¡¯s wear, women¡¯s wear and children¡¯s wear, etc. we are grading patterns per each size by using CAD in accordance with the basic patterns and specifications provided by our clients.
This process ensures no occurrence of errors and significant reduction of time in comparison to the cases of
manual operation.
We aim to deliver graded patterns within 48 hours. However, we try to offer this service in the shorter period time for special customers.
