| Request for Pattern Design |
For accurate pattern design, please send us rough sketches, photographs, specifications and details of
sewing, with which silhouette of the clothes can be estimated.

| Request for Grading |
To request for grading, please send us rough sketches, patterns of actual size and specifications per each

| Request for Marking |
We can proceed with marking only when we are provided with detailed information on the fixed fabric width, width of fabric for maximum efficiency, reduction ratio of fabric width (longer width, %), size ratio, types of
fabrics used in a single set of clothes and the types of colors used, etc. We cannot make adjustment to the
fixed fabric width once it is set by client. However, in terms of the width of fabric for maximum efficiency, we can find the fabric width for maximum efficiency within the range between the minimum and maximum width specified by client. When the client informs us of the reduction ratio of fabric (longer width, %), we can
change the pattern to suit the ratio specified. This can be easily done by CAD. We ask our clients to let us
know the size ratio (%) per size of items to be produced together with the detailed information on the types of fabrics and colors used in a single set of clothes in the rough sketch.

| File Download |
When the operation is completed, we create folders in the website for our clients per each country and
company. We also notify specific ID and password to clients through e-mail. Clients can download the files
paid for at any time. If you choose to make bank remittance for payment, we will send you the password for
file download and the files directly through e-mail after checking the payment status. |

| Refund/ Exchange/ Order Canceling |
Please proceed with care because refund or exchange is not possible once the payment is made and the
files are downloaded. Refund or exchange is impossible because these are computer files. However, we
offer free after-sale service for failures or errors caused by our fault. |

| CAD File Printing |
Our files can be directly printed out in actual sizes by using the special CAD for clothing, Auto CAD and
Illustration. If you have specific CAD programs, please let us know in the initial stage of placing an order so
that we can upload the corresponding CAD files on our website. If CAD programs are not available, please
use the following method. |

a. Use a printing shop where printing of the actual size is possible (place where large-sized plotter is
equipped). |
| |
b. Purchase a cheap large-sized plotter and use auto CAD or Illustrator, etc. to conveniently print out the
patterns. When using a small-sized potter, divide pattern to suit the size of printing paper, then connect
the printouts together to form the original pattern. |

c. When there is no printing method to be used at all, request us for paper patterns. However, this
method incurs additional transportation time and cost, which has to be paid by the person to place the
order. Request for printing can be made in the stage of payment. |
