Founded in 2001, Pattern-cad.com uses special CAD equipments for clothing products to provide pattern design, grading and marking services to vendors in the US, Japan and European countries, such as Gap, Nike ,Lindex,Target, Oshkosh, Express, Forever21, Southpole, Limited Too, Hollister, Abercrombie, Carters, New York & company, Kohis, Regatta, American Eagle Outfitters,
Sara Lee Sportswear, Reebok, Victoria, Champion and Umbro, etc.
In order to secure competitiveness in the global market and to advance one step closer to our customers, we are continuously investing effort in research
and development activities so that to more promptly and accurately satisfy our customersĄŻ requirements with high-quality products on the basis of fulfilling our promises made to our buyers and affiliated companies.
We have patternmakers with over 20 years of experiences. These patternmakers design almost every basic
pattern for knit, denim, childrenĄŻs wear, womenĄŻs wear and menĄŻs wear on the basis of the sketches provided by buyers. By using CAD according to the required specifications, the patterns can be produced, edited and maintained per each size. These patterns are placed in our database for management. We are also providing accurately measured fabrics so that to achieve cost reduction by increasing efficiency through setting the
optimal fabric width and quantity required in manufacturing of clothes.
We perform operations by using TUKA, Optitex, Gerber, Lectra and illustrator, etc. The patterns are either sent through e-mail to our customers or can be downloaded through website for actual size printing.
Therefore, companies in remote areas or to require prompt service can benefit from the reduced time of
transportation and cost. We hope to achieve business affiliation with companies to require international file
transmission in the same form as we are employing. We also welcome all types of clothing-related business plans.
