In this operation, patterns are arranged so that the fabric
quantity required to make clothes is decided and the fabric
can be cut into the pattern size.
The required quantity of fabric can only be determined when
detailed information is given in terms of the fixed fabric width,
fabric width for maximum efficiency, reduction ratio of fabric
(longer width, %) and size ratio as well as the
types and colors of fabrics used in a single set of clothes,
etc.
We cannot make adjustment to the fixed fabric width once it
is set by client. However, in terms of the width of fabric for
maximum efficiency, we can find the fabric width for maximum
efficiency within the range between the
minimum and maximum width specified by client.
When the client informs us of the reduction ratio of fabric
(longer width, %), we can change the pattern to suit the
ratio specified. This can be easily done by CAD.
We ask our clients to let us know the size ratio (%) per size
of items to be produced together with the detailed
information on the types of fabrics and colors used in a single
set of clothes in the rough sketch.
Then, we will provide information on the accurate fabric quantity
to achieve cost reduction by increasing efficiency
through setting of the optimal fabric width.
In general, we aim to provide pattern arrangement and notification
on the quantity of fabrics required within 48
hours. However, it can be done in a shorter period of time for
special customers. |
